This wellness-focused experience, held at the Fontainebleau, involved my oversight from the initial creative direction through on-site logistics and final breakdown, ensuring a smooth and captivating event.
Pre-Event Planning & Setup
Created a mood board to establish the aesthetic vision and overall branding direction of the event.
Organized and packed essential inventory, including alcohol, lighting, yoga mats, towels, sponsorship pop-up materials, directional signage, and event branding elements.
Laid out 50 yoga mats in the designated wellness area, creating a visually appealing and functional space for attendees.
Directed delivery personnel, ensuring all event materials were placed correctly and efficiently.
Set up sponsor booths, arranging beverage stations and ensuring each activation was visually cohesive and engaging.
Assisted sponsors with their setup needs, including acquiring tables and coordinating with venue staff.
Retrieved and arranged additional inventory from the storage room to finalize the setup.
